Luxe Laundry's laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day, with the last wash at 8:00 PM.
We are a fully card-operated laundry facility. You can easily obtain and load a laundry card at one of our two Laundroworks kiosks.
Yes, several 6-load and 8-load washers.
Yes! Our Laundroworks kiosks accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay to load value onto your laundry card. Additionally, all our machines are equipped with contactless payment readers, allowing you to tap your laundry card directly.
Our reusable laundry card is provided by Laundroworks. You can load it with credits at our in-store kiosks using various payment methods. The card can then be used to operate all our washers and dryers with a simple tap. You can also manage your card balance and receive machine availability updates through the MyLaundroWorks.com app.
Our attendants are onsite in the mornings and afternoons. However, we are accessible from open to close. Our phone number is posted throughout the store should you have any questions or concerns.

Wash and Fold Questions
7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
Please speak to one of our friendly attendants at the wash and fold counter when you drop off your laundry. They will assist you with the process, weigh your items, note any special requests, and provide you with a claim ticket.
Our wash and fold service is priced at $3.50 per pound for same-day service (if dropped off by 10:00 AM) and $2.50 per pound for next-day service. We also have flat rates for certain items like comforters and pillows.
Yes, there is a $30 minimum order for both same-day and next-day wash and fold services.
At $2.50 per pound, approximately 12 pounds of laundry would meet the $30 minimum for next-day service. For same-day service at $3.50 per pound, approximately 9 pounds would meet the minimum.
Same-day service is available if you drop off your laundry between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Orders dropped off after 10:00 AM will be ready the next day.
Luxe Laundry will notify you via text message when your wash and fold order is ready for pickup.
No, absolutely not. We keep orders separate. This helps avoid mix-ups and contamination.

No, you do not have to be home for pickup or drop-off if you prefer a contactless service. You can leave your bagged laundry in a designated location for pickup. Please indicate your preference when scheduling your service.
If you want us to leave your laundry when you won't be home, please let us know by including a note when placing your order.
Yes, we can often accommodate pickups and drop-offs at your place of work, depending on our service area and scheduling availability. You can add multiple delivery addresses to your account. Just be sure to select the correct address when scheduling.

No, you do not have to commit to a long-term contract for our standard as-needed pickup and delivery service. However, we offer special rates for recurring services.
With the card you put on file with us when you place your first order.
You can use any sturdy bag to contain your laundry for pickup. Kitchen bags work perfectly well. If you have items requiring special treatment, please bag them separately with a note inside.
If you are going out of town, simply pause or cancel your pickup and delivery service as needed. Please provide us with reasonable notice if you need to adjust your regular schedule.

We carefully sort all wash and fold laundry into whites, lights, and darks to ensure optimal cleaning and prevent color bleeding.
We use high-quality standard soap and softener. For a small additional fee, you can upgrade to Tide or organic Free & Clear detergents based on your preferences. We use appropriate water temperatures for each load and our state-of-the-art dryers ensure efficient and gentle drying.
We primarily fold your clothes neatly and package them in plastic bags. If you have specific items you would like hung, please inform the attendant at drop-off. Additional fees may apply for hanging services.
Please let our attendant know of any special instructions you have when you drop off your laundry. This includes preferred wash or dry temperatures, delicate cycles, or any other specific requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, please point out any specific stains to our attendant when you drop off your laundry, and we will do our best to spot treat them. Please note that the success of spot treatment can vary depending on the type and age of the stain. Additional fees may apply.
